This College provides mainly two full time courses. One is the ‘Bachelor of Arts’ and another one is ‘Bachelor of Science’. There is usually no entrance examination. Students are being selected by the marks which they have secured in class 12th board examinations. You must have at least 70 % number in your subject, which you have decided to choose for Honours and also in the aggregate. I joined the B.A Honours course in English because I have a strong passion for English language and literature. This core course is very helpful and authentic as I have expected. Every course of this college is indirectly job oriented. Because B.A or B.S.C Honours courses make a person eligible for any kind of Government and private jobs.

After completing the course you can go for further research in our country and also abroad. Beside this an English Honours can easily step into the field of Journalism and Mass Communication. Public Relation is also a new field where the knowledge of English language is required. Moreover there is a tremendous opportunity in content writing, blogging and Digital Marketing. Next there is a huge scope for aspirants of Indian civil services.
