Sophia College for Women Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024, Mumbai

With time, Sophians are offered a range of internships. I secured several internships from here. Also, there are many companies having collaborations with Sophia. Some of them are Kapiva, KPMG, Leo Burnett, JP Morgan, PinkVilla, Purplle, etc. Having graduated from Sophia College personally makes me feel that I made a good call! There are no such placements exactly suitable for the subject you are graduating. I've seen students joining Wipro & TCS with Microbiology and Chemistry Subjects. I mean why the full drama of Science then when tech is your field. It's just these 2 companies I have seen recruiting students at graduation level that too with a conditions list to qualify first. Talking about the Post Graduate diploma course I did Quality Assurance in Food & Pharmaceuticals that was a heavy pay for my parent. I did it because they offered placements but again it's not guaranteed, it's about how you perform & it's always the case in every interview but the drawback here is the students only who are in the teacher's white list get the chance for the interviews, rest have their own battles to win on their own. But the placements are good and salary range is around 15-25K.Read Full Review

Well, Sophia College placement cell is very active and they assisted us in the best way they could. We were hired by some local media firms but at a very petty salary. I had plans of higher studies but decided to have my first shot at a job and therefore working as a freelancer for some media houses gave me experience and also made me realize the shortcoming that I have with my studies.Read Full Review
