Sophia College has a Placement Cell which helps the students with Internships and Placements. The Cell conducts seminars, workshops and helps the students in acquiring skills and knowledge required by the industry.

Sophia College provides various infrastructural facilities which are mentioned below:

• Library: The library is a central part of the institute which provides academic and value-based knowledge, and critical thinking. It has a collection of around 70000 Books, and provides book issue services, open access to library cupboards etc.
• Laboratory: Analytical Lab, Physics Lab, Instrumental Lab, Research Lab, Computer Lab etc. The labs are equipped with various instruments which are required for conducting practicals at Graduation and Post Graduation level.
• Auditorium: The Sophia Bhabha Auditorium can accommodate 800+ members and has audio and lighting facilities.
• AV Hall: The AV Hall can accommodate around 200 members. There is no fixed seating in the hall therefore; the seating arrangement can be done as per the requirements.
• Computer Centre: The Computer Centre has around 4 laboratories which include around 5 printers, around 3 projectors, and 90+ computers along with internet facility.
• Clubs and Associations: Art and Design Club, Nature Club, International Relations Club, World Music and Dance Club, Association of Christian Students, Rotract Report, Students Social Reform Initiative, English Literary Society, etc.
• Canteen: Canteen provides vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to the students at a reasonable price. Canteen also has a suggestion box wherein, the students can provide their feedback.
• Hostel: Hostel facilities are provided to the students coming from other states. It can accommodate 100+ members. For their growth and development beyond academics, students are encouraged to participate in extra-curricular activities.
• Gymnasium and Sports: Gymkhana provides opportunities to the students to participate in indoor and outdoor sports events. The indoor sports events include Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, etc. and the outdoor sports events include Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Throwball, etc.
