The qualification for the courses differs and therefore one should check the prospectus thoroughly as the application fees is non-refundable. OSGU-SAT is compulsory for most courses of the university.
The Admission Process and Learning System have become complex and nothing in life comes for free. The university has therefore started a scholarship test in SAT as the numbers scored in that determine the percentage of scholarship that the students will get. Sports facilities - The fundamental role that sports play in developing personality is something that only sports can play. The University is approved by UGC, PCI, BCI and COA. OSGU comprises of a well-stocked library. The central library is spacious with the seating capacity of 250 students with an air-conditioning facility. There are large collection of books, videos, CDs, and thesis. Varsity offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and doctoral courses under different schools. For admission in the desired course, candidates have to appear in the entrance examination conducted by the University. Admission is based on merit adjudged through University’s entrance exam or any common entrance test conducted at a national level. The entrance test and a personal interview are commenced on specific dates. 25% of seats are reserved for students belonging to the State of Haryana and 10% of these seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes.
