    VSSUT Burla's Cultural and Technical Fest
    I am pursuing B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. The university is best in core field like Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Core branches provide the maximum placement in this university and it’s known for the same reason. Students have to qualify JEE Main with a minimum 85 percentile to get a seat in this government university. After getting a seat, student has to report to the university for admission process and spot registration.
    Fee for B.Tech per semester is nearly Rs. 18,000 and Rs. 36,000 for a year. It makes up to nearly Rs. 1,50,000 for 4 years.Read Full Review

    Core Engineering Placements at VSSUT Burla
    I am now pursuing Electrical Engineering in this University. Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology aka VSSUT is well known for its core branches. The highest number of placements takes place from the core branches. This University takes admission on basis of score obtained in JEE main. The admission process of this University is so smooth and occurs in online mode. The exams are quite frequent. There are four exams conducted per year. One is mid semester and another is end semester. Along with these exams, the University prepares the students for real life competition.
    The total fee for VSSUT is about Rs. 41,000 per year. The University fee is Rs. 3,500. Admission fee is Rs. 250, a training and placement fee is Rs. 5,000, and caution money is Rs. 2,500, University development fee is Rs. 7,000 and tuition fee is Rs. 12,000 and include rest expenses. The University does not provide any scholarship but there are many scholarship sanctioned by the government for the students.Read Full Review

    Placements at VSSUT Burla: Opportunities for Civil Engineering
    I have chosen Civil Engineering department here, as it's an oldest department of VSSUT Burla. Anyone with interest in drawing can find this branch quite good, as there are a lot of charts and drawings. I personally admire and respect my seniors of this branch, as they are quite encouraging. When I asked them about their experience in the branch, they told it's quite challenging to pursue B.Tech from this branch as it's requires a lot of time to read all those modules. Therefore, if you are a drawing enthusiast and can take some challenge you should definitely join this branch.
    The fee is quite normal, as it should be in average engineering universities. The fee for 1 year on regular basis is around Rs. 45,000 excluding hostel fee. Hostel fee is also Rs. 45,000.Read Full Review
