IISM Mumbai conducts Sports Management Admission Test (SMAT) for admissions in School of Sports Science. For admissions in the School of Sports Management, it conducts the Sports Science Admission Test (SSAT).

Admission process of SMAT consists of 2 different stages for UG and PG programs: Stage 1: Essay Writing / Caselets For Bachelor’s Programs, applicants are required to write an Essay on a specific topic. For Master’s Programs, applicants have to submit their Caselets in around 2 days on the 4 topics provided to them on their registered Email. Stage 2: Personal Interview The applications will be examined on the basis of overall performance in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities. At this stage, all the qualified applicants have to appear for Online Personal Interview. |
SSAT Admission procedure comprises of 2 stages:
Stage 1: Entrance Exam & SOP
At this stage, applicants have to appear for the entrance test and submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP). Stage 2: Panel Interactions Applicants who will score a minimum of 50% in the first stage have to appear for the Online Panel Interaction round. |
