BBA.LL.B is an integrated program of five years that is divided into ten semesters. A candidate looking for admissions must have 45% marks in 10+2. The objective of this program is to unfold the arcana of knowledge related to management and law. Students learn various courses, including computer applications, operation management, etc. Along with the subjects, they also learn a foreign language to excel in a competitive world. Students also get the opportunity to know about the legal activities of any organization by doing an internship.
The three-year course can be studied in various forms such as three years usual course, full-time degree format, graduate course of two years or four to six years part-time degree. This flexibility attracts students and those who want a career change.
There are seven modules that include criminal law, contract law, constitutional and administrative law, land law, EU law, equity, and trusts. This course lays the foundation of legal knowledge. During the initial stages, students learn core modules, whereas, in the second and third year, there is a broad range of other optional modules. A candidate must have passed bachelors degree in any discipline with minimum 45% marks.
Candidates who want to pursue LLM course should have completed an LL.B degree. This is a two-year post-graduate law program that focuses on research and covers various areas of law. This course develops a critical approach in law studies. It inculcates the analytical approach in students. LLM is offered in two branches: Constitutional Law and Business law.
Constitutional law includes the fundamental philosophy of any nation along with theoretical and practical features of Constitutional law. Business law focuses on basic economic principles that make a strong economy.
