Gokul Global University has a commendable infrastructure. The University has separate hostels for boys and girls. The number of beds in the boy's hostel is 300, whereas the number of beds in the girls’ hostel is just 150. The hostel facilities are getting expanded as the University is still in its early stages, and many more hostels are getting ready. The boys’ hostel was inside the campus, and on the other hand, the girls’ hostel is off-campus.

Gokul Global University also has a sports complex where facilities such as the badminton court, cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, skating and athletics ground are available to the students. A variety of labs are also present on the University campus. The labs that Gokul Global University has are chemistry lab, physics lab, mechanical lab, computer lab, electronics lab, electrical lab and even civil engineering lab, to name a few. Besides the conventional library, the Gokul Global University also has the facility of an e-library which contains e-journals and materials in compact disc format. Memberships of the National Digital Library (DGL) and Developing Library Network (DELNET) are also availed by the library of the University. Besides that, it also has excellent Wi-Fi connectivity to assist the students in utilising the e-journals. Auditorium – There are three auditoriums at the University, but the central auditorium at the centre of the campus needs a lot of special mention. With a seating capacity of over 1000 students and is equipped with modern video, audio, and ICT-enabled facilities, it has to be the biggest attraction of the University. All the university gatherings, cultural programs, training, and seminars happen in the lovely auditorium of the University.

Gokul Sarvajink Hospital – The trust has left no stone unturned, especially regarding health. The trust has built a hospital inside the campus, and that's not all. There are a couple of ambulances available at the campus at any point in time to take students to even better facilities in case of emergency.
