It maintains contact with reputable businesses and industrial facilities for placement purposes. The TP Cell works throughout the year to promote connections between employers and graduates. Campus interviews are increasingly being used to place students. Many reputable industries come to the university on invitation to interview potential employees.

For every student, beginning in their first year, the placement cell arranges career counselling programmes. Every building on campus has a lab that is fully furnished and outfitted. Students can access the internet from anywhere on campus thanks to Wi-Fi and a fast internet connection that are available throughout the entire building. Wi-Fi is available across the campus, including the canteen, libraries, auditorium, and dorms, so it is not just limited to the classes.

Auditorium & Conference Facility: Through regularly scheduled national and international conferences and seminars held on campus, Bhabha University fully believes in giving its students exposure in their fields on a global scale. An auditorium that is frequently used by students has been constructed with centralised air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a magnificent stage, and the ideal level of lighting. Community Radio: Faculty, students, and local residents make up the radio club and station was established on the campus. Every day for 10 hours, the CRS transmits, with a main emphasis on informing listeners about educational options and employment assistance.
Hostels: The campus includes two beautifully constructed dorms, one for males and one for girls, each with all of the necessary modern amenities for boarding and other opportunities. To serve the students wholesome and healthy meals, the dorms have their own mess. There are common areas, a volleyball court, a badminton court, and equipment for other indoor games at both hostels.
Both hostels include large common areas, which are used for in-house activities including indoor games, conversations, and get-togethers. The hostels offer indoor sports including carrom board and TT. Each hostel offers students well and spacious accommodations.
Staff Quarter: On the premises of the Institute, staff members can live in a staff colony. The homes include the primary residence for the principal, the homes for the Head, the senior lecturer, the professor, and the homes for category III & IV employees. The staff colony contains two parks with rich greenery, lighting in the parks, and well-lit streets.
Central Library: In a spacious hall with curtains at the windows and doors, the library is very well decorated. Staff members have their own study space. For learning purposes, the textbooks are accessible in a variety of disciplines. The library includes textbooks for every branch's curriculum and there are enough tables and chairs for 100 pupils at once. Newspapers and magazines, previous year's test problems, books on current events and basic knowledge and internet access are also available to the students.
Other Facilities: In order to make student travel both inside and outside the campus as convenient as possible, BU has made every effort. All students are transported by university vehicles to and from every area located in and around Bhopal. This aids locals and day students in getting to campus on time.
