VELS University hostel accommodation is available for both girls and boys on-campus. The boy's hostel has a capacity of 1600 beds and the girl's hostel has 500 beds. The warm environment and well-developed infrastructure makes it a comfortable stay for the hostellers.

VELS University hostel food preparation is supervised by the mess and the canteen which is available at a reasonable rate. Special food is served on festive days for the residents.

VELS University hostel rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortable. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available.
