Bikaner Technical University has a very big and good campus and the surrounding area of the university is always very green and clean. There are separate buildings for each branch in the university and separate workshops and labs are also present in every building. Every building has separate water coolers and toilets. There is big Central Library in college which has wide range of Books and Journals in the university.

Overall experience in the university campus was good and is recommended to all the students to come in the university for admissions. There are fests organised by the seniors and teaches for the freshers. There are different clubs in the university like cultural club, photography club, etc. and you can participate in any of these clubs as per your interest.Read Full Review

The Campus infrastructure is very large with various facilities like sports playgrounds, libraries, class rooms, smart class rooms, laboratories, workshops, computer rooms, and more. The infrastructure encourages innovation and entrepreneurship through dedicated incubation centers. The campus includes sports like kabaddi, volleyball, basketball, and more. The library is well equipped with lots of books and other facilities.

The campus life of the university is quite surprising and full of fun. The campus conducts various activities, programs and events for creating an engaging and lively environment. Various technical activities, sports activities, dance performances and singing activities are also organised in the campus. The campus is divided in two parts as the college that came first after entering the campus is Engineering College Bikaner and ours is behind that. The campus is desert as after all its Rajasthan and therefore expecting green campuses like they are in Bangalore is impossible. There were around 50 labs including all the departments. There’s one huge workshop area which is shared by both the colleges. The classrooms were average as it didn’t have AC nor the fancy benches as it looked like an ordinary school classroom. There were multiple playgrounds and we used to play football, volleyball and cricket in those grounds. There were many canteens too and provided food quite cheaply indeed.

Life at BTU was the best as there was no ragging but seniors had that in them to show a little extra. However, they were helpful in many ways as people have started losing interest in Mechanical engineering and therefore to make sure that we stick to it, they gave us insightful inputs. One may suspect that Bikaner colleges and fests can’t go hand in hand but it wasn’t meant to be as our annual fest Resonanza was no less.Read Full Review
