    My Thoughts on Presidency University, Kolkata
    We do have placements cell. Our department has a record of sealing the highest packages in the university. The top recruiters are mainly banks like, ICICI, Axis, etc. and also companies like PWC, EWS, and Morgan. The median package offered is 8-9 LPA and lowest being 5-6 LPA. The highest package varies from batch to batch, but last year it went up to 13 LPA.Read Full Review

    Yes, we do. But the Placement Cell in our department is after completion of the M.Sc program. More than 90% of the students who are interested in jobs do get a job in placement.Read Full Review

    Placement in government colleges and universities for pure science and arts is usually very rare in our country but the college provides some in the economics and sociology departments, along with a few others in sciences.
