DYPIU provides accommodation facilities for students. Boys, as well as girl’s hostels, are well-maintained and equipped with all the essential amenities. Round the clock security is provided in both the hostels. Hostel rooms are well-equipped and spacious to provide an adequate facility for living. There are various other facilities available in the hostels such as hot water for bathing, cold and fresh drinking water, public telephone, canteen etc.
In the recreation hall, television sets are also available with pre-defined viewing time. Medical facilities are also available and a doctor visits the hostel two times a week for regular medical checkups.
