In the year 2024 Students of Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University, Gandhinagar got direct campus placements in top companies like Infosys, Wipro, IBM, Tech Mahindra, ICICI Bank and more.

The year 2019 marked the achievement of the Swarnim. Around 80 companies visited the college for campus interviews, and there was the sure shot placement of 100% students from the college in different domains.
Students were selected for Engineering, Computer Science, Sales & Marketing, Banking Sector, Consultancy, Research & Development, etc. Companies that regularly visit the college are Tech Mahindra, Infosys, IBM, and Wipro. The highest salary offered to the student of Swarnim was Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum, and the average salary offered was Rs. 3.4 lakhs per annum.
