For UG & PG admissions: The students can fill out the admission form and submit it accompanied by a payment of ₹600 in any form be it cash, DD, or online payment mode.
For Ph.D. admissions
Note: Admission is granted on a merit basis only, and the students can also provide the university with results of national as well as state-level entrance tests for acquiring seats at the university in different courses. RU scholarship for meritorious students
It is offered to the students who have scored 80% or above in their 10th and 12th standard examinations. A minimum of 25% of fee concession is offered on the tuition fee of the first academic year at the university is provided. The students need to maintain an attendance of 75% throughout the year otherwise the scholarship can be withdrawn by the university.
Special Scholarship Scheme
The scholarship is offered to the students who have completed their previous studies at Rai University or are still in the university and are planning to opt for the university to go for their further studies. A concession of 25% is offered to such students on the tuition fee of the first academic year at the university. The university can be withdrawn by the university if the student does not maintain an attendance of 75% in the year.
MYS Yojana
MYSY scholarship is funded by the government of Gujarat and is offered only to the students who are domiciles in the state only. The benefits of the scholarship can be taken by the students who are planning to take up admission in the streams like medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or other such disciplines. The scholarship is offered to the students whose annual family income is less than ₹6 lakh per annum. The eligibility needed for opting for the scholarship is that the students should have scored a minimum of 80% in classes 10 and 12. And if the student has completed his/her diploma degree then the minimum percentage required is 65%.

Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme
The benefits of the scholarship can be taken by the students belonging to economically backward sections, SC, ST, EBC, and should be residents of Gujarat. The students should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in the 10th and 12th standards. And the annual income of the family should be less than ₹1 lakh per annum to be eligible for the benefits of the scholarship. And the scholars who want to resume their research should have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in their academic studies.
