Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutions has a Training and Placement Cell that maintains healthy relations with national as well as international recruiters. A Mega Job Fair is organised by SSGI every year. It also organises mock interviews, interview skill training, group discussions, personality development programs, career guidance program, etc for the students. Various reputed companies are invited by the college for conducting interviews during the placement program. Some of these companies are Tech Mahindra, HCL Technologies, Blue Star, Pernod Ricard India, Coca Cola, Amazon, Reliance, Bajaj, ITC, American Express, Berger Paints, Trilegal, Bharucha & Partners, and more.

The college has a lush green campus and international standard infrastructure. The campus is spread over 65 acres of land. The college provides a safe learning environment to the students as there are strict rules against ragging which makes it a ragging free campus. Wi-Fi facilities are 24x7 available in the campus for making teaching and learning more quick and effective. Excellent power supply backup is also available in the college. Transportation and medical facilities are also provided to the students at SSGI. The classrooms are properly ventilated and are equipped with comfortable seating arrangements for students.
