The endeavours of the Training and Placement Department of the college emphasise on the holistic personality development of students to make them future professionals. The placement activities organised by the Department include Campus Interviews, Pre-Placement Talks, Soft Skill Training, and Mock Placement Activities. To provide grooming sessions and personality development classes, the college arranges seminars and workshops. Beyond the regular theoretical studies, the faculty members regularly guide students so that they can grasp corporate skill sets. The department has strong connections with leading companies that visit for Campus Interviews and select candidates based on the position’s requirements as well as talent.

Indian Institute of Hotel Management organises a six-month Industrial training program for its students to provide them with the practical aspects of what they have learned and what they are required to perform in their job. Based on the learning acquired during the internship students must submit the report after the completion of the internship. A six-month internship program is arranged by the college in Multispecialty Hospital or Multi Speciality Nursing Home. Students can get placed as management trainees in the hospitals by undergoing the Campus Interview process. The Hospital Management Internship Partners of the college are Apollo, Narayana Health, ILS Hospitals, Desun Hospital, and AMRI Hospitals.

The institute also allows students to gain experience in the hospitality industry on the international level by arranging a course of six months for them. Students can select the main course they want to pursue along with particular lessons to enhance their capabilities. They get a chance to study in countries like Australia, China, the USA, Singapore, Canada, and UK. Students can attend theory classes for Six months and job training along with an allowance of the next six months on the main subjects. The college has placement associations with international companies like Ramada (Abu Dhabi), Royal Caribbean (USA), Coco Bodu Hithi (Maldives), Emirates Flight Kitchen (Dubai), The Holiday Inn Express (Dubai), Kharafi Global, Baker & Spice (Kuwait), John Radcliffe Hospital (UK), Le Royal Tower Kuwait (UAE), and others.    

The Placement Partners of the college are Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, Ramada International Hotels & Resorts, Le Méridien, HSBC, IndiGo, Carnival Cruise Line, and ITC Hotels. 

Infrastructure and Facilities play a very vital role in developing a pedagogical and positive environment in the institute for students. Infrastructure and Facilities offered by the institute are mentioned below:

• Classrooms: Fully Air-Conditioned classrooms are designed with ample space for effective teacher-student interaction in order to provide them world-class education experience.
• Food Production Lab: This lab has sections like Basic kitchen training, a large quality training kitchen, and Bakery & Confectionery Section. To train the students efficiently, these sections are equipped with all the modern equipment.
• Food and Beverage Service Lab: To educate students about the operations of hotels, the college has a Food and Beverage Service Lab. This lab is fully air-conditioned and contains a mock bar setup.
• Housekeeping Lab: The housekeeping lab has been constructed within the campus based on the requirements of guests equipped with a chambermaids trolley. This Lab also has sections like Laundry Operation and Room Management.
• Front Office Lab: The College has built a training lab for students to make them familiar with the front office ambiance in the hotel. This area provides a resemblance of the reception and lobby area of a 5-star hotel equipped with a GRE desk, world time clock, internet connectivity, and many more amenities.
• Computer Lab: The computer Lab acts as a learning outlet for students where they can increase their knowledge and research skills. This lab is embedded with advanced facilities, multimedia, and modern software.
• Library: Students can read a rich collection of national and international books, journals, titles, and various other reading contents.
• Hostel: Boys and Girls can live in separate hostel facilities provided by the college.
• Sports: Students can enjoy outdoor and indoor games facilities within the campus. They can also take swimming classes or join the gym at a reasonable price. Many of the students also take part in the annual cultural fest of the college.
