To get admission at R.V. College of Engineering in B.Tech / BE programs, candidates have to satisfy some basic eligibility criteria stated below:

• Minimum of 70% marks in Science and Mathematics separately in 10^th class
• Minimum of 65% marks in Mathematics and Physics separately in 11^th class
• Minimum of 60% marks in Mathematics and Physics separately in 12^th class
• A valid rank in COMEDK / JEE (Mains) / KEA

*Candidates who have completed their education from any authorised board other than Indian Board must get an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Candidates seeking admission in R.V. College of Engineering B.Tech programs have to qualify one of the State-Level / National-Level Entrance Examinations such as Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KEA) or Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains).

Admissions in B.Tech / BE courses of R.V. College of Engineering are considered based on KEA / COMEDK / JEE or Management Quota. Candidates securing admission from either of these methods have to follow some below-stated guidelines of the application process:

• Candidates must obtain their Allotment Letter from the concerned authorities
• Report physically at the campus of the institute
• The institute will verify candidate’s Documents and Allotment Letter
• They must take a token and wait for their turn for Online Admission Entry of the Application Form
• Submit the fee in the form of the DD and deposit it to the concerned authority as mentioned by the institute
• Candidates can fill their Online Application Form after submitting their DD
• Take a printout of the form after entering all the details and duly signed it
• Deposit the Documents asked by the institute
• Collect the fee receipt from the respective authority
