BMS College of Commerce & Management [BMSCCM], Bangalore was established in the year 2018 as a Private Educational Institution. BMS College of Commerce & Management (BMSCCM) Bangalore was established back in 2018. It is a private, co-educational institute. It is a part of the BMS Educational Trust (BMSET). The institute is managed by the BMSET, and is affiliated with Bengaluru Central University.
The institute offers various UG and skill enhancement courses to the students. UG courses in the streams of Management, Computer Sciences, and Commerce are offered at the institute. And a special evening course in Executive Management is also offered by the institute for working professionals. Coaching classes for various courses are also provided by the institute like CA/ CMA/ CS. Courses for enhancing the skills of the students are also offered at BMSCCM. Like Communication, Digital Marketing, Advanced Excel, AI, Data Science, and many more are offered.

The BMSET awards scholarships and cash rewards to the meritorious students. The college offers all the scholarships which are offered by the Government of India and by the Government of Karnataka. The scholarships at BMSCCM are mainly offered to the students who belong to the reserved categories. Merit scholarships are also offered by the institute to the students who belong to the weaker sections of the society. To avail of these scholarships the students have to present to the institute with the certificates of income and caste.

There is a Corporate Communication Department at BMS College of Commerce & Management. This particular department oversees the placement of the students. The department maintains links with the recruiters from all over India. And bring the best companies at the time of placements belonging to various sectors for the students to choose from. The students who are willing to appear for the campus placements need to register themselves with the department. The companies are provided with the CVs of the eligible students by the department in advance. The recruitment process includes a pre-placement talk. That is accompanied by an aptitude test. And then GD takes place which is followed by the interview round with the HR team or Technical team from the company. The institute has a record of 100% of placements and the highest CTC offered to date at the institute is 8 LPA. The institute even offers with the industrial visits for the students to learn the practicality of the industry.

There is an internship program at the institute and the students have to enroll for one in the early stage of their course. And they have to do an internship in their 5th or 6th semester. The students have to attend skill enhancement, placement training, and career enhancement courses. And these programs are conducted from the very beginning of the course. They have to fulfill the attendance criteria for these courses also. By doing this they would get extra privileges at the time of placement.
