The campus of Rajkiya Engineering College Sonbhadra is spread over 30 acres of land with green and peaceful surroundings. The college has a state-of-art infrastructure and modern amenities which creates a positive learning environment for the students. There are 2 academic buildings and an administrative building in the college. • Library: REC Sonbhadra has a well equipped and spacious library that caters to the academic, recreational, and social needs of the students. The library has two floors for group work, studying and relaxation. The library has a collection of around 6993 books. In addition to this, the college also has a digital library facility that has a wide collection of e-books and e-journals for the students and faculty members.
• Auditorium: There is an open air auditorium in the college that is used for organising various activities. Various cultural and extracurricular activities are organised in the auditorium.
• Seminar Hall: REC Sonbhadra has a spacious seminar hall that has a capacity of accommodating 100 people at a time. The seminar hall is equipped with a music system, LCD projector, radial light and screens. It is mostly used for organising conferences, seminars and workshops.
• Hostel: At REC Sonbhadra, hostel facilities are separately available for boys and girls. The college has two boy’s hostels with a capacity of accommodating 500 students and a girl’s hostel with a capacity of accommodating 250 students. Several other facilities are also available in the hostel like indoor and outdoor games, mess, television, laundry services, and more.
• Computer Centre: The College has set up a computer centre that is used for computer training and other activities. The computer centre plays a vital role in managing various servers and computers that are also used for maintaining the college website.
• Canteen: REC Sonbhadra has a canteen that caters to different needs and requirements of the students. It has a positive and engaging environment that allows the students to relax and have fun during the breaks.
