Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus consists of many departments like SOC, SOE, SOL, IIPS, IMS, etc. They all are decently built for a government university. The campus also has a central library available for students to access any book for study purposes. Other facilities provided by the university include ‘Vigyan Bhawan’, Auditorium, football grounds, badminton courts, running track, etc. The campus is very beautiful because of its widespread of greenery and blooms all over it. It is well maintained with cleanliness.

The campus life is overall good. Ragging is completely banned in the university as it is a criminal offence and criminal charges can also be filed against the offender. The crowd is good overall. There are many academic and social work clubs formed within the departments. Many fests are organized within the departments and on university level too like Holi fest, DJ nights, traditional day, bollywood day, etc. There are also engagement activities like seminars TEDx DAVV, where famous and reputed personalities like Chairman of RBI, etc. come to give a speech and motivate the pupils in the university. The infrastructure is enough for such seats. But, the classrooms should be bigger and have better facilities. The library is well updated with new books and other resources. The building needs to be updated and the classrooms should be bigger as to accommodate at least 60 students of every batch. The moot court is pretty good.

The campus life is pretty good. The annual cultural and sports fest namely Axiom and Tejas are held every year in March. There is a mooting and debating club present in college which helps students with the competitions. The festivals like Ganesh Puja and Holi are also celebrated with joy and happiness.Read Full Review

Here infrastructure is ok for most of the blocks but in mechanical block which is the oldest block of our collage is in bad condition. Our college doesn’t have money as government is not giving money to our government college. But yes, we have library which is newly built, and it is good and in the same building we have our incubation center where business ideas are discussed.

Campus Life is too good as many events occur here frequently so no doubt this collage will give you a feel of your dream college. Here are many clubs. One of the most active clubs is out E-Cell. It is the largest cell in Central India. It provides you a platform to discuss entrepreneurship ideas and develop them in front of some experts. It is best for alumni network and other purposes too.
