IIT Ropar Faculty Profile

Talking about Faculty at IIT Ropar, I would say they are quite younger in comparison to other IITs. Being a new gen IIT, professors are also highly energetic. They can be approached very easily. As in the previous section, I have already mentioned about the faculty ratio 1:9, i.e. for every 9 student, there is a professor. These number are a little higher for other universities. The faculties teaching at IIT Ropar are all Ph.D and have a lot of immense knowledge in their respective domains and all the faculties have passed a lot of time in studying. All the faculties teach in a friendly manner. All the faculties have a lot of experience in their respective fields. All the faculties talk in English for easy communication among students of different areas. All the faculties take tutorials in correct time. All the faculty members are of friendly nature and many teaching assistants also work under them and help students to fight with their problems. All the facilities have done their Ph.D from well recognised and all the teaching assistants are also currently studying in our college and doing Ph.D. They teach in a way so that every student can understand it.Read Full Review
