The training and placement cell at AISSMS Polytechnic College plays a vital role in making the students aware of latest technologies and industry trends. It also focuses on building the skill sets and industry knowledge of the students to make them industry ready. In order to do so, technical quiz, mock interviews, expert lectures, vocational training, and other activities are organised by the cell. Several industry visits are also organised by the training and placement cell for providing a better picture of the industry to the students. Not only this, it also tracks the performance of the students at each stage.

Various companies are invited by the college for conducting interviews and recruiting the students. Some of these companies are Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, John Deere, Godrej, Larsen & Toubro, Mahindra Engineering, Liberty Videocon General Insurance, Kone, and more.

The campus of AISSMS Polytechnic College has various modern facilities and state-of-art infrastructure that creates a conducive learning environment for the students. The college has spacious classrooms with comfortable seating arrangements in order to make the teaching-learning process more comfortable and engaging. Various amenities are provided by the college to the students in order to create an intellectual learning environment. Some of these amenities are mentioned below:

• Library: The library at AISSMS Polytechnic College has a huge collection of learning resources related to different areas of studies. It has a rich collection of approx 10,000 books and 50 periodicals. DVDs, video cassettes, national and international journals, magazines, and newspapers are also available in the library. In addition to this, it also has access to different e-learning resources for catering to the different academic requirements of the students.
• Hostel: AISSMS Polytechnic College offers excellent hostel accommodation facilities to the students. Facilities for safety and security of the students are also available at the hostel. Various facilities are available at the hostel for meeting the basic requirements of the students. A mess is also present in the hostel that provides a variety of freshly prepared delicious meals to the students. In addition to this, medical facilities for better health and wellbeing of the students are also available for the students.
• Computing Center: AISSMS Polytechnic College has a internet connected computer center with approx 100 computer systems. Both students and faculty members can avail the facilities available in the computer center. The computer facilities are used by the students mostly for research purposes and for developing projects. 
• Canteen: There is a spacious and clean canteen in the campus that offers fresh, delicious and nutritious food to the students. The college canteen offers a variety of snacks, drinks and whole meals to the students.
• Sports: Knowing the importance of physical fitness and sound body, the college provides various sports facilities to the students in order to promote fitness and well being of the students. At AISSMS Polytechnic College students are encouraged to participate in different State and National level sports. Sports that are majorly played on the campus are Cricket, Football, Carom, Chess, Athletics, BasketBall, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Wrestling, Badminton, and many more.
• Medical Facilities: Medical facilities to the students are provided at the dispensary present in the college. Medicines for basic health issues and first aid facilities are provided to the students at the dispensary. Along with this, a team of qualified doctors regularly visits the campus for providing medical services.
• Seminar Hall: The College has a well equipped seminar hall that is used for organising various college functions and events. It has a capacity of accommodating approx 150 people at a time. 
• Co-Operative Store: A co-operative store is also present on the campus of AISSMS Polytechnic College that provides different stationary products to the students at reasonable rates.
