A Career Development Cell (CDC) is there at IIP Indore which undertakes the responsibility of providing employment to the students by enhancing the overall personality of the students. Personality grooming sessions are organised which help students to gain confidence and achieve self esteem. CDC conducts regular academic sessions to groom students by improving their communication skills, reasoning skills and aptitude skills. Group discussion, personal interview sessions, verbal ability and mock tests are also arranged in which students can improve their chances of getting better job opportunities. Aptitude Training adds to the development of skills in students and enhances their mental ability and analytical skills.

The campus of IIP is located in a lush green area of Pithampur in Indore. The sprawling campus of IIP Indore is aesthetically designed with state-of-the-art equipment and other facilities for overall development of students.

• Library: IIP Indore has a technical library which covers an area of about 15000 sq ft. It has a rich collection of pharmacy books and learning resources, periodicals, national and international journals. E-library offers digital learning sources with high speed internet connectivity. There are approximately 52000 textbooks, 1500+ video lectures available in the library.
• Laboratories: The pharmacy college has well maintained laboratories to carry out practical research. The labs are well equipped and help to train students by providing them the latest equipment.
• Computer Lab: The computer lab at the campus has proper internet facilities which help students by facilitating research process and undertake surveys to complete the dissertation work.
• Hostel: IIP Indore provides hostel facilities where separate arrangements are made for boys and girls and having a capacity of more than 250 students. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities and provide facilities such as Wi-Fi, In-house laundry, house-keeping, clinic, etc.
• Sports: Students can play outdoor games like hockey, football, table tennis, cricket, etc. Also, yoga and meditation is promoted in the campus.
• Auditorium: There are two auditoriums at IIP which are spread over an area of approximately 11500 sq. ft. They are equipped with the latest facilities to conduct seminars, workshops and other events.
