Talking about the faculty, the workforce of this college is very diverse as it is in Nainital. You would expect the faculty to be the local people but it's not the case. The workforce here is very diverse like we have people coming from the south and also the west. So this way the students get to learn a lot about other cultures and people. Teachers of the college possessed good knowledge and were qualified highly. If not all, most of them had an industrial exposure to back the studies with guidance. They were quite helpful and always encouraged us to engage in participatory learning. To enrich students with the confidence, the faculty organized many extracurricular activities.
