KL University Hyderabad Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

KLU Hyderabad has built hostels within its campus to offer comfortable accommodation to students who are living away from their homes. The Hostels are built with a motive to support all round development of students in a safe environment. The available World class hostel facilities ensure a pleasant stay for students, allowing them to focus on academics.

The Hostel rooms of The KL University Hyderabad are available only for male students. The University offers double occupancy hostel accommodation with basic amenities. This includes fully furnished AC and non-AC rooms with attached washrooms and ample living space. Moreover, teaching staff is there to address any personal or academic problems of the hostellers.

The University provides accommodation facilities for male students pursuing different academic courses at the University. Twin sharing rooms are available for students, each with an attached toilet. The rooms are AC and non-AC; room allotment is conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis and it is subject to availability.

KL University Hyderabad Hostel fee structure includes room rent & maintenance amount, GST percentage, and mess charges. The fees for both AC and non-AC rooms at KLU Hyderabad are provided below:

Note: Students should know that additional registration fees (non-refundable) of Rs. 5000/- and respective amount of electricity deposit need to be paid at the time of admission into the Hostel.

* For both AC and Non-AC hostel rooms, students need to pay extra electricity charges through prepaid meters which are adjusted from Electricity deposit, if required.

Students residing at KLU Hyderabad Hostels are expected to follow several rules & regulations to maintain dignity and uphold discipline; the details of the same are mentioned below:

• Students are not allowed to possess any kind of Cigarette, Beer, Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs etc.
• Hostlers must switch off Fans, Lights, Guisers, A/c’s etc., before leaving their rooms.
• Visitors are not allowed within Hostels without prior permission of the warden.
• Students should not damage the hostel property or any electrical installation / appliances provided for them in their rooms; the cost of damage caused by students (if any) will be recovered from the students only.

* Along with the above-mentioned ones, hostellers are required to follow other specified rules as well.
