The Asian Institute of Design was established in 2008. The Institute was formerly called the Asian Institute of Gaming and Animation – AIGA. It is affiliated to Bengaluru North University, Kolar.
Vision: To become an ideal Institute in providing art and design knowledge to the students. Also, to offer programmes that encompass emerging disciplines in design while sustaining already existing programs in Animation & Gaming.

Admission Process:
Candidates can apply for the Course through the official website of the Institute. They have to give the entrance test online / on-campus followed by a personal interview. Selected students must further confirm their provisional admission and submit the necessary documents.
Asian Institute of Design provides different scholarships in order to support the continuity of students’ education. It offers Institutional scholarships in the form of full / partial scholarships to the meritorious students. Scholarships are provided based on their performance in the qualifying examinations like SSC /HSC /PUC, entrance test, and portfolio presentation.
