I was aware of the trimester as my previous College has made us know about the academic patterns of the B-Schools these days. Many students failed to cope up with those pressures and faltered, but not me. The academics were blowing hot and cold for the most part because books became secondary here, as there were so many projects, guest lectures, and visits to lecture halls sometimes so wished that students would please come back to the classes. Attendance criteria here are such that if we have a project for which we want to be absent, we will be marked as present in the class. There has always been a discussion about many B-Schools' ways of academics. This is because of the kind of power they have in terms of academics. All I can say is MICA has found its niche in academics as the pace at which the classes went was a little high. But if one pays attention during the classes, more than half the learning is already done. Classes were not the only things here because practical application of most topics was done in classes or through workshops.Read Full Review

Academics were 10 on 10 and that because of what I saw. There were no areas of concern as even after attending 20 lectures in a week, a guest seminar every week, 2 workshops and three to four practicals, the professors would still say, you know what, we have been slow. To make students efficient was the mojo of authorities here. Studies were a long roar as right from the third semester, we saw students staying in their rooms for most part.
