The placement cell of Brindavan College basically offers placement and technical training. Placement training encompasses coaching for development of soft skills and personal skills that enables the candidate to breeze through the interview. The coaching modules comprise resume preparation, rehearsing for interview, time management, and fine-tuning of communication skills.

Technical training, on the other hand, revolves around the curriculum of the specific study area of the student. A student, once he or she is through with technical training becomes adept in the practical facets of their specialty area. Students also get umpteen opportunities for completing an internship in a well-known business organization or corporation.

The internship enables the students to effectively implement theoretical concepts learned in the classroom. The students also gain sound technical knowledge by way of internship which eventually boosts their chances of landing a job. A company would be more willing to employ a candidate who has done an internship instead of a fresher.

The training and campus placement department also organized workshops from time to time. Over the years, the department has arranged workshops on TED Talks, personality development, career counseling program, and goal setting.  The chief objectives of organizing such workshops are to encourage students in goal setting, and to make them more industry-oriented.
