ARGUCOM has a Placement Cell which is responsible for providing guidance to students by imparting skills, and knowledge to cater to the human resource requirements of the industry. The aim is to provide internships and job opportunities to students.

Some of the organisations providing internships are NHPC, Oil India, Assam Gas Company, HDFC Bank, North Eastern Development Finance Corporation, APDCL, ONGC, NRL, etc.

Some of the recruiters providing placement to students are ICICI Prudential, Aditya Birla, Reliance Retail, Jio Mart, AXIS Bank, Landmark Group, MADDOC Technologies, Webworx Asia, PPM Business Management, etc.

ARGUCOM is located in Sivasagar which was earlier known as Rangpur. It is a town in Upper Assam at a distance of approximately 350 kms from north east of Guwahati. Sivasagar is known for its monuments and Ahom palaces and is well connected through road, rail and airway. The University provides various facilities for a holistic development of students such as smart classrooms, discussion rooms, computer labs, Wi-Fi enabled campus, innovation centre, and few more which are as follows:

• Library: The library has a collection of Books, Journals, Research Papers, Periodicals, Thesis, Dissertations, Magazines, subscription to Online Resources, etc. It provides internet access, book bank facility etc.
• Conference Hall: The conference hall is furnished and equipped with a smart board and projector. It is designed in a professional manner, provides a practical atmosphere, and is used to organise interviews, meetings, group discussions, and presentations.
• Hostel: The University has 3 hostels which are ARGUCOM Girls Hostel, ARGUCOM Boys Hostel, and ARGUCOM International Hostel. The Hostels have all the basic facilities.
