The Galgotias University Hostels are made available separately for male & female students. The University hostels are equipped with all the necessary amenities that offer the students a home-like environment. The University has made proper security arrangements to provide students a safe and secure surroundings at the hostel.

The Galgotia University has an on-campus hostel which has the capacity of over 1,400 beds in Boys Hostel and around 280 beds in Girls Hostel. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available with different occupancies such as single, double, and triple.

The Galgotias University Hostel Fees consists of 2 factors which are type of occupancies and accommodation. Students are required to pay the annual hostel fee in the beginning of the academic year; the hostel fees will not be refunded in any circumstances.

There are a set of rules and regulations for those students who are staying at the Galgotias University’s Hostel to maintain the decorum. Below-mentioned is the list of rules students need to follow:

• Every morning, the attendance will be taken at 10:00 pm in the hostel and the rooms will be checked for cleanliness and unauthorised items; students need to be present for attendance and keep the rooms clean.
• Students involved in unnecessary arguing / fighting with the hostel staff or using rude or offensive language with staff or others may lead to suspension or cancellation of their admission.
• Ragging in any form is not allowed; students found involved in these acts will be expelled.
• Consumption of smoking, drinking alcohol, and using drugs are strictly forbidden; anyone caught will be immediately expelled from the university. 
• Any electric appliances like air conditioners, coolers, fridges, and heaters are not allowed in the hostel. 
• Students are strictly not allowed to bring any day scholars inside the hostel.
• Private celebrations & playing outdoor games are not permissible inside the hostel. 
• Hostel furniture should not be moved from its place; students are responsible for it, any damage will cost them a penalty.
• Students must turn off electrical appliances and close doors & windows when leaving their room.
• Hostellers should return to their room at the given time i.e., 8:00 PM for boys and 7:30 PM for girls; regular latecomers or those absent without permission will be expelled. 
• Strict actions will be taken against those students with incorrect entries in the register and being absent without permission. 
• No visitors are allowed to stay overnight at the hostel.

At Galgotia Hostel Campus, the hostel is surrounded with green lawns and playing fields. The hostel has various occupancies along with mess and dining facilities providing hygienic and quality food. The hostel is under strict security of warden and hostel in-charge living on the hostel premises.
