Admissions in the University are based on merit. The University grants admission through JEE (Mains) / University Entrance Exam (Q-CARE) / State Level Entrance Exam.
Quantum Entrance Cum Scholarship Exam (Q-CARE) is conducted in 4 versions. Students applying for B.Tech must appear in Q-CARE version 1. The paper pattern of Q-CARE is as follows:
