The Institute provides job opportunities to the final year students in the RajaRajeswari Hospital and Medical College. The students are offered a permanent job and given a salary according to the standards.

• Auditorium: Conferences, Workshops, and Seminars of RRCN take place in its Auditorium. It has 5000 seats and has Over-Head Projector and LCDs.
