The Training and Placement department of SBIHM works tirelessly for the whole year. This is to bring in the best recruiters from all over India. The department mainly concentrates on improving the skill set of the students to make them fit for the industry. The placement cell organizes both on-campus as well as off-campus placements for the students.

The cell even provides counseling sessions for the students of the final year during the time of placement. The placement cell of the institute even works from time to time on improving the soft skills and communication skills of the students. They even provide with technical and life skill programs for the students to improve in the concerned field. SBIHM provides with 100% assistance during the placements. It provides with both national and international placement opportunities for the students.

The cell organizes mock GDs, PI, and many more activities related to placements from time to time at the institute. The cell even organizes grooming sessions for the students of the management industry at the institute.  As it is considered to be the most important factor for any management student to represent himself/ herself in the industry. The cell also organizes workshops for the students from time to time to get them the required knowledge from the industrial experts. Industrial training is also included in the course at the institute. The student has to undergo national as well as international training for qualifying from the institute. The students of management are mainly placed in hotels, banks, real estate, tourism, and many more to be listed.

SBIHM even motivates its students to take up internships from time to time. An internship provides with practical knowledge of the work to the students that they are going to resume in the future as professionals. Internship helps to transform the students into professional workers in the industry. SBIHM has a huge campus with greenery everywhere. SBIHM has an area of more than 7000 Sq. meter for the institute.
