The Career Development Centre is an active entity of OP Jindal University that provides an inclusive range of facilities and support to students that will help them in their placements. The CDC acts as a fundamental hub for students’ holistic development and aims to provide them with final placements. The CDC establishes a strong relationship with corporate and industries to provide suitable employment and internship opportunities for students. Students have to undergo around 2 months of Industrial Training to get knowledge about the real industrial environment. The core objective of the CDC is to empower students with employability and career decision-making abilities. The CDC ensures that correct guidance, support, and guidance must be provided to students so that they can select the most appropriate career option for future employment. The activities conducted on the campus for preparing students for placements include Resume Preparation, Industrial Visits, Career Counselling, Short-term Live Projects, Group Discussions, Summer Internships, Mock Interview Sessions, Employability Enhancement Program, Interview Preparation Workshops, and Personality Development Training.
