The admission is on the basis of the marks the candidates have got in the qualifying exam, considering that a merit list will be prepared by the college followed by the allotment of candidates.

The college provides scholarships of up to 50% of the fees to the economically backward students in each course. This is available for a maximum of 3 seats per course, provided the candidates pass all exams and maintain good conduct. The management can check family income, and if any of the information is found to be wrong, they will take appropriate actions. The college will make its own decisions regarding this, and students do not have a right to the scholarship.
The Ahalia School of Pharmacy has several facilities for their students to make their educational journey filled with knowledge and their stay at college comfortable. The campus has an area of 2 acres which includes all the facilities like separate hostel for girls and boys, separate common room, a seminar hall, department-wise laboratories, a library, an auditorium, animal house, herbal garden, museum, computer lab, canteen, transport service, multimedia projector, machine room, first aid, instrumentation room, and many others.
