The campus of Sinhgad College of Architecture consists of various facilities to provide students a comfortable environment for studies. The Lecture Halls and AV Rooms of the institute are equipped with facilities like LCD Projectors, AV equipment, Computer, etc. These rooms have sufficient seating capacity for students. There are around 20 Studios within the campus that have required facilities and space so that students can work on their projects peacefully. Sinhgad College of Architecture was established in the year 2000-2001 for creating and nurturing the hidden talent of students. The institute came into existence with the objective of imparting the best knowledge and skills in the field of architecture. Academia aims to create the informed, educated and motivated architects who have ultra-modern skills to build a progressive society. Institute encourages students to visualize and design the human habitat with integrity and confidence.
The mission of SOCA is to develop a good learning environment to ensure academic excellence. The institute aims to enhance a creative spirit in every student. Thus, it encourages students to see the world that is beyond academics. This is done by providing vast exposure through workshops and guest lectures.
SCOA is recognized by the Govt. of Maharashtra and All India Council for Technical Education approves the academia. This architecture institute is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule University of Pune. It is also approved by the Council of Architecture. Institute follows the University prescribed laws and efforts are made to improve the quality of academics.

SCOA encompasses a well-equipped library. The institute has a central library as well as a departmental library. The central library is present on the second floor and spread on five floors. The built-up area of each floor is 1145 square meters and can accommodate more than 3000 students at a time. The architecture section present in the central library can accommodate 150 students at a time. The architecture section has a vast collection of books and foreign journals that help students in the long run. The central library is functional on all the seven days. Along with these facilities, there is a digital library with thirty computers present on the fourth floor. There is also a rooftop restaurant for students.
The departmental library is also available at the Architecture building’s ground floor. Here students can find textbooks, NASA sheets, seminar reports, study tour reports. Both the libraries i.e. central as well as departmental have Wi-Fi facilities.
Institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in the field of architecture. Maharashtra Association for Schools of Architecture conducts a centralized admission procedure for the candidates belonging to Maharashtra. Candidates belonging outside Maharashtra are admitted by Institute on the basis of merit.
