IIIT Surat Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Surat, and Gujarat is an Institute of National Importance (INI). The new academic facility is developed on the land allotted by the Gujarat Government at Kamrej in the Surat district. The institute is working in Public - Private - Partnership (PPP) Mode. The Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat is still in its developing phase. The campus and its overall infrastructure is average. The campus is very small. Apart from this there is an issue with number of faculties also as most of them are on temporary basis. But on the other hand the coding culture is quite decent and there are a lot of clubs to explore. The placement is average. There is an issue with hostel facilities as our institute does not have its own hostels.Read Full Review

To be honest, IIIT Surat wasn't first priority of mine. After counseling it was the best college I could have got at my rank. My experience in college is great till now. I am accompanied with very talented students overall India. Seniors here are very helpful and approachable, which is one of the best things here. Also there are various active clubs here, which makes it easy for students who also want to follow their passions. Overall I am having great time here.Read Full Review
