AIBM has a Placement Cell which emphasises on Personality Development and General Awareness, MS Excel Proficiency, Aptitude Training and testing, CV preparation, etc. to enhance the personality of the students. It also emphasises on Group Discussion and Personal Interview. AIBM Pune conducts Mock Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, and facilitates Internship for the students to give them practical exposure.
