Placement is a vital part of students’ lives and to fulfill this need, the university has established a Training and Placement Cell/Office. This T&P Cell is formed to facilitate the knowledge of the right job opportunities for the students. This cell is responsible for making professional contacts with multiple national and international companies and inviting them for in-campus placement drives. Moreover, the cell organises various training activities, seminars, workshops, industry visits, industry talks, live projects, etc. to enhance the on-field knowledge of the students and give them a real-time experience. It also offers multiple internship opportunities to the students to provide them with hands-on experience and knowledge in the related field. To give confidence to the students during the placement sessions, the cell conducts mock assessments and mock interviews. Some other important activities performed by the T&P Cell are:

• Organising career-oriented and personality development programs.
• Inviting career development institutions for grooming and enhancing the personality of the students.
• Monitoring the overall performance of students and providing placement assistance to them based on various factors.

Apollo Hospitals, Jio Digital Life, Piramal Pharma Solutions, Sunflowee Bistech Pvt. Ltd., Zydus, HCG Hospitals, GreenLeaf Envirotech Pvt. Ltd., CPL Biologicals Pvt. Ltd., Phamson Chemicals, etc. are some companies that visit IU to provide recruitment and internships opportunities to students.

Located in Mehsana District, Rajpur, Taluka Kadi, the campus of the university is student-friendly and modern and it provides all the basic and major facilities and infrastructure to the students. The university works on developing the overall personality of the students and focuses on covering all aspects of academic life. The university has such facilities and amenities that make the university a place to learn, enjoy, and socialise. The university has smart classrooms with excellent seating facilities, digital facilities, and power supply options. • Library: The library of the university is the source of knowledge for the students studying here. • Laboratories: The university has well-furnished and highly equipped labs for the students so that they can fulfill the need for practical’s and get motivated to perform more experiments. The university has a Chemical & Biochemical Engineering lab, Mechanical lab, Bioscience lab, Chemistry lab, Zoology lab, Botany lab, etc. All the labs provide organic and necessary learning to the students and assist them in using their theoretical knowledge.
• Language Lab: IU has a well-functioning and active language lab that motivates the students to participate in language learning activities and exercises to foster knowledge beyond the classroom. The lab is spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with mikes and headphones to improve the accent and ease the language learning process.
• Computer Lab: The University offers excellent IT learning to students as it has a computer lab with the latest systems, updated software, and fast internet connections. This lab helps the students develop knowledge related to the IT sector and helps them understand the use of the latest technologies.
• Hostel: The University provides world-class and home-like accommodation facilities to the students coming to study at IU from far away locations. The hostel is located inside the premises of the university and can accommodate up to 200 students. It has well-furnished rooms, clean surroundings, and a positive environment. The hostel provides entertainment facilities and other major services to the hostellers such as a sick room, games, a common room for girls and boys, etc. Moreover, to fulfill the eatery needs of the students, the hostel has a mess that offers tasty and nutritious meals to the students.

• Sports: Sports is an integral part of IU as it provides excellent games and extracurricular activities to the students. The university has outdoor and indoor sports facilities like Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Carom, Table Tennis, Chess, etc. Moreover, it organises and motivates its students to take part in various inter-institute and inter-university annual sports events and tournaments. The students of IU also participated in district, state, and national-level sports competitions.
