Ramanujan College has a placement and career development cell that provides career guidance to the students. It ensures that all the students are provided with the right career opportunities. Several seminars, workshops, webinars, personality development programs and guest lectures are organised by the cell for the students. In addition to this, it also provides in-house training and facilitates internships for the students in order to provide them a better picture of the corporate world. This cell is highly focused on improving the personality and employability skills of the students and making them industry ready.

Ramanujan College has a state-of-art infrastructure and a lush green campus. It has several modern facilities that create an effective learning environment for the students. It provides 24x7 water and electricity supply for the students. The college has spacious and well equipped classrooms with projectors for making the teaching and learning process more efficient. Several computer labs are also available for the students for academic purposes. The campus also has a fully air conditioned conference room that is used for organising meetings, conferences and group discussions.
