The college has a Central Training and Placement cell. It conducts campus interviews for students to enhance their chances of employment. 

Students have been placed at Sun Pharma, Pfizer, Lupin, Alembic Pharma, Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Zydus Cadila, Glenmark, Mankind, Episource, Apollo Pharmacy, Educe Solutions, Indoco Remedies, Rasino Herb, etc.

Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy provides students with plenty of modern facilities such as classrooms with LCD projectors and overhead projectors.

• Library: The college library is stacked with resources for students including text books, volumes, national and international journals, reference books, newspapers, etc. Photocopying facility is also available.
• Laboratories: The College has a well-equipped Computer lab provided to students for presentation and project work. There are more than 100 computers with internet facilities. The lab also has a printer and power backup facility. Other laboratories include:
