Nilachal Management Trust founded NIIS Group of Institution in the year 2000. It constitutes NIIS Institute of Information Science and Management, NIIS Higher Secondary School, and NIIS Institute of Business Administration. NIIS Institute of Business Administration (NIBA) was established in 2008. It provides 2 year full time MBA and MCA courses. NIBA has a Training and Placement Cell which consistently works for a successful career and bright future of the students. It has collaborated with several well known corporations. It conducts various training and placement programs like industrial visits, workshops, mock interview sessions, skill development programs such as soft skill, presentation skill, communication skill, writing skill, technical skill, etc., guest lectures, expert talks, internship programs, etc.
It conducts placement drives in which it invites various corporations. These hire students on the basis of interviews. Some of the corporations are Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Bata, Induslnd Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Genpact, Airtel, etc.
NIBA Bhubaneswar has an excellent infrastructure with lush green campus and a peaceful environment. The campus is spread over an area of approximately 10 acres. Apart from academics, several extracurricular activities are also organised. This includes fests, cultural events, and festival programs.
There are different clubs for students to explore their interest and talent. This includes Mind Mantra Club, Marketing Club, Electoral Literacy Club, Information Technology Club, Human Resources Club, and Finance Club.
