St. John Institute of Pharmacy and Research

St. John Institute of Pharmacy and Research is spread in approximately 3.5 acres of land. It is surrounded by lush greenery and is equipped with modern infrastructure, facilities like spacious classrooms, modern machinery & equipment, etc. The institute consists of plant houses that are used for educational display of medical herbs and plants.

The facilities provided by the Institute include:

• Library: Library is stocked with around 9,315 books, approximately 1,258 titles and subscription to 33+ journals that involve around 21 national and approximately 12 international journals. It facilitates the students with computer systems, CD’s, Audiovisuals, latest editions of books, periodicals, etc. The library can accommodate approximately 60 people.
• Laboratories: Institute comprises 12 laboratories that are constructed to meet the practical learning requirements of the course. These laboratories are equipped with modern updated tools, machinery, apparatus, computer systems, etc. The students in the computer labs are facilitated with internet connection, separate computer systems, etc. The offered Laboratories are:

• Sports: SJIPR Palghar provides indoor and outdoor games facilities to the students.
• Transportation: Transportation facilities such as bus services are provided to the students to commute to and from the Palghar railway station.
• Other Facilities: Machine & Instrument Room, Canteen, Photocopying facilities, Communication Center, etc.
