Northcap University, formerly known as ITM University, was founded in the year in 1996 as Institute of Technology and Management. It got university status by the prestigious UGC in the academic year 2009-10. This university is promoted by Educate India Society and has approvals from BCI and has membership of AIU and ACU. The founders had a single mission at that particular time to impart the education of international standards. It has been attracting talented students, expert faculty members and corporate giants for placements. It has also developed an alliance with Arizona State University which is focused on student’s academic innovations so that it can develop future pathways and success in higher studies.
It is a multidisciplinary university and an amazing place where plenty of degree programs in Engineering, Law, Sciences, Management, and Liberal Arts are offered. How to apply?
Entrance Test: Applicant must have appeared in the JEE Main exam/ any national level entrance exam to take admission in any of the engineering stream. CUET scores are also accepted by this university as a national level test score.
For Ph.D Admissions: The admission in the research programs is done two times in the year where university takes a test and interview. Students who are NET/ GATE/ JRF/ SLET qualified are not required to appear for the admission test at the university. PhD is offered in Engineering, PCM, English, Management, and Law.
