The college has a Training Placement and Career Counselling Cell which is responsible for facilitating the placement-related activities. It organises career guidance sessions and training like group discussion, communication skill workshops, mock interviews, interactions with industry and organising visits with multiple industries. Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research is located in Survey No 80, Tathawade on Dehu-Katraj Highway (Mumbai-Pune bypass). The campus is pollution-free and has modernised and spacious infrastructural buildings. Students can have a look at the facilities provided by the college below:

• Seminar Hall and Class Room: The college has six classrooms. They are equipped with audio visual equipment like LCD and overhead projectors and digital smart boards. Apart from that, the college has one seminar hall and one tutorial room. Students that need extra attention are guided by the faculties in the tutorial room.
• Library: The college has a library equipped with Autolib software and OPAC. Students are provided access to 7721 volumes of books, 130 CDs, 104 thesis, and 48 journals. It also has membership with the National Digital Library, British Library and National Chemical Laboratory Library. The college also has an e-library with 1534 e-books and 93 e-journals.
• Laboratory: The college has lab facilities for PG students with specialised equipment to provide practical skill-based learning. The equipments available are Rotary Tablet Machines, RotaryEvaporator, Dissolution and Disintegration Testing Apparatus, Liquid Chromatography, Infrared Spectra Analyser, Hydraulic Press Spray Drier, Texture Analyser Extruder Spheronizer and UV Spectrophotometer.
• Auditorium: The college has an auditorium where events like workshops, guest lectures, conferences and extra curricular celebrations take place. It can accommodate 500 people and is fully air-conditioned. Students can also benefit from the video conferencing hall during industry-institute interactions and conferences. It has a high-speed internet connectivity, 72-inch LCD, high-definition camera and portable speakers installed for seamless interaction.
• Hostel: The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls within the campus. For boys, there are 127 hostel rooms with a capacity of 509 students. In the case of girls, there are 129 rooms that can accommodate 304 students. Each room has an attached bathroom. Some of the facilities provided to hostellers include gym, computer, free wi-fi, mess and medical facility.
• Sports Facilities: The college provides indoor games like Chess, Table Tennis and Carrom games. Students who are interested in outdoor games can enjoy Throw Ball, Dodge Ball, Badminton and Volleyball. Apart from these, it also has a large sports ground for playing Cricket and Kabaddi.
• Gymnasium: The college also has a gym. Students can use the bench press, dumb bells, treadmill, barbell rods and plates, chromium plates and exercise bike provided there.
• Other Facilities: Students can enjoy meals and snacks in the food court and canteen. There is a stationery shop and a reprographic store for downloading or generating documents, images, drawings, designs, etc. There is also a bank with an ATM facility. Non-hostellers can opt for transportation for easy commute or park their personal vehicles in the parking space. Medical facilities along with an ambulance are available for emergencies. The college has the facilities for differently-abled students as well. Moreover, a total of 48 CCTV cameras are installed within the premises for students safety.
