Jaypee University Anoopshahr

Following the U.P Act No. 8 of 2014 an interdisciplinary university, Jaypee University Anoopshahr came into existence to provide quality education in diversified fields. The foundation stone of the university was laid by Jaypee Group, an infrastructure conglomerate. The University is approved by AICTE and aims to produce technical professionals capable of facing the global challenges by offering a number of courses from different fields in its three sister institutions Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Jaypee University of Information Technology, and Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology.

Vision: The Vision of the University is to emerge as a pivotal center of education globally for producing professionals equipped with leadership quality in diverse fields like management, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Mission: Its mission is to contribute to the development of the nation by setting a benchmark in the areas of Commerce, Engineering and Technology, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Bio and Medical Sciences, and other fields. It also aims to provide an excellent teaching- learning process and Research and Development environment.

Jaypee University Anoopshahr is offering its students a handful of courses like B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc, etc. under three faculty heads:

• Faculty of Engineering
• Faculty of Management
• Faculty of Sciences

Students interested in taking admission to the university can obtain the application form via both online or offline mode. Application form can be downloaded from the official website of the university or obtained from and submitted to, to the Admission Cell. Students have to mandatorily attest the asked papers with the form and for any queries relating to admission can contact the university helpdesk number.

But before proceeding on to fill up the application form students are requested to first ensure whether they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the particular courses or not. The below table will assist them in knowing about the eligibility conditions of the various courses.

Seats are also reserved for SC / ST candidates as per the provisions of the Reservation Policy of the Government of India. 50% seats for B.Tech courses are filled through counseling on the basis of the JEE exam and 50% via the counseling based on the 12^th class marks. 10% seats at the university are reserved for wards of serving and retired Armed Forces, and CPOs personnel. Scholarships are applicable in the form of tuition fee waiver only. However the percentage of waiver awarded to the deserving candidates is different. Also at JIIT Noida, the parent institute of the university, two seats from every course is reserved for Jammu and Kashmir students under Prime Minister’s Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS). The final approval of the various scholarships and fellowships are given by the Executive Council of the University.
