B.A.LL.B is a full time integrated five years that offers students the opportunity to complete their bachelor in two different fields of arts and law. Savitribai Phule Pune University offers the course after the approval of the Bar Council of India. Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra Government, conducts the MH-CET entrance exam that candidates are required to give for taking admission in the course.
Only those students are eligible to apply for the course that hold a certificate of 10+2 with more than 45% marks. Concession will be given to the qualifying students who belong to reserved category.
LL.B is a full-time course of three years in the field of law. Savitribai Phule Pune University offers the graduation course Bifurcated into six semesters. Candidates who want to pursue the course have to qualify the MH-CET Entrance Examination.
Only those candidates can apply who have a graduation degree with atleast 45% marks from any stream. Candidates applying the entrance exam, belonging to reserved category get 5% concession in admission.
LL.M is a full-time course of two years that offers a postgraduate degree in the field of law. Offered by Savitribai Phule Pune University, the course requires a candidate to have a graduation degree in B.A.LL.B/LL.B with the relevant subject from leading recognized university.
Savitribai Phule Pune University offers a one-year diploma course in cyber laws. Applying candidates should have a passing certificate of 10+2 from a recognized university. The Pune based University offers one year of diploma course in Intellectual Property.
Those candidates can apply who have a passing certificate of 10+2 from a recognized board. Also, they must have scored atleast 45% marks in their examination.
Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare is a full time one year course. Candidates seeking admission in the course should have a cleared 10+2 from a recognized board.
Candidates must have scored 45% marks in the qualifying exam.
