The RILS’ 5-year, full-time BA.LLB course spans 10 semesters. This course is an integrated one that the Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) at Hubli offers. The pupils get dual degrees of BA and LLB on successful completion of this program. As part of the course, the graduates get wider exposure on the functioning of the legal departments of industries and corporate houses. In the process, they can become independent law practitioners.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates have to clear their 12th standard or PUC exams (or equivalent) from recognized Boards, having scored a minimum of 45% marks. For the reserved classes, there is 5% relaxation.
The applicants who have passed from Boards other than the Karnataka ones are to obtain eligibility certificate from KSLU.
Moreover, they have to qualify in any one of the entrance exams - such as AILET, LSAT, CLAT, or RILS ones.
The Institute’s BBA LL.B. program runs for 5 years, over 10 semesters, and on a full-time basis. The course leads to dual degrees of BBA and LLB. Through this course, the students become familiar with the various legalities of industries and corporate.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicants have to pass their 10+2 exams/PUC exams (or equivalent), with minimum 45% marks. The SC/ST categories are given 5% relaxation. If the candidate passes from boards other than the Karnataka ones, they are to apply for the Eligibility Certificate from KSLU. Aside from that, they must qualify for any one the entrance examinations - such as LSAT, CLAT, AILET, or the RILS one.
The Institution’s B.Com LL.B. course offers dual degrees in LLB and B.Com. The program is an integrated, 5-year, and full-time one. As part of the course, the pupils get exposure to legal aspects in the departments of Finance and Accounting.
Eligibility Criteria
The course’s eligibility criteria require the candidates to pass their 10+2 standard examinations/PUC exam (or equivalent), with minimum 45% aggregate marks. The candidates belonging to reserved categories have 5% relaxation.
Besides, the applicants have to submit the Eligibility Certificate that they get from KSLU if they have cleared the qualifying examination from Boards other than the Karnataka ones. Further, they have to qualify for any one of the entrance tests – AILET, CLAT, the RILS one, or LSAT.
