ISBM College of Engineering Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024, Pune

The placement department of the technological school deserves plaudits for maintaining a near 100% placement record. As an instance, for the academic year 2018-19, more than 93% of students got placed by the end of April 2019. Many students received job offers from multiple companies and firms.

The placement cell organizes campus interviews towards the end of the year, generally starting from November which continues till March. The total number of companies that were scheduled to hold interviews was 121, but all the final year students found positions in 112 firms. Some of the top recruiters were Herman International, Tata Motors, Bosch, Convergys, Schindler, Glenmark Pharma, Hathaway, and Sandoz Pvt. Ltd. The training and placement department also goes all out for arranging and organizing summer internships. A typical internship program lasts for about eight to ten weeks that enables a student to make the most of their learning. The experience they gain goes a long way in helping to breeze through the final placement interview.   

The department’s consistent track of placing 100% of students in companies engaged in different segments of trade and commerce speaks volume about the efficacy of the curriculums. At the same time, the fact that students land lucrative jobs in a diversity of companies corroborates their acquired and inherent qualities. Speaking about the packages, the highest package received by a student from the institute has been Rs. 10 lakhs p.a. while on an average a student is offered Rs. 4.2 lakhs p.a.
